Return,Exchange & Refund policy

We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. 

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.


Return or exchange requests will only be.   allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns or exchanges can be requested using WhatsApp.

In case of a return, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the account details you provided at the time of the refund request.

In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value than the one you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. If the value is lower, we will refund the difference.

Only after receiving our confirmation of the return will we schedule a pickup for the order at no additional cost within 1-3 business days of placing the request. 

We usually receive the product in 6-7 days. If all conditions are met, we issue a refund within 2-3 days of receiving it or dispatch the exchanged product.

If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives or issue a refund.

This process usually takes 10-15 business days. 

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

All Items are eligible for return and exchange except the following :

  • items purchased using Gift Cards
  •  Customised Size Item

In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange, make sure that the following conditions are met:

  •  The product must be returned in its original packaging
  •  The product wasn't used or damaged
  •  The product must include original tags

We take stringent measures to ensure that the delivered items are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  •  The item may be damaged during transit
  •  Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  •  Or that the wrong item is delivered to you

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of the item is made within the stipulated time frame. 

If the reverse pick-up option is unavailable at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us at the address below by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please write the Order ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

Please email us the courier details at support-collectionpayel@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7718605715. We will not consider any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
